COMPANY HISTORY: 

Mr. Decker started in Computer terminals in 1974 with International Computer Equipment Company. In 1977, he formed Terminal Brokers Inc. This company produced eight other Corporations including R&D Cable Corporation, Compass Software Inc., Hallmark Rentals & Leasing Inc. and Hallmark Funding Group a Gene Research company.

As Ceo and Chairman of the Board, Decker managed development of application software for many high end industries. In 1990 Decker was awarded a trademark and patent for Hyperfile Software, a boolean logic search engine.

As a Microsoft Partner and Microsoft Small Business expert, Decker continues to provide consulting and computer help for his clients.

After two marriages  Decker received sole custody of two boys’ ages two and seven, now 25 and 30. He's raised them as a single Dad. Do they ever grow up, lol? 

After 25 years in Dana Point, He moved to the desert in 2010. He enjoys photography, road trips, voice and guitar.
